…before I can be considered “fit.” In my case, “fit” is defined by having 21-24% body fat. So I have a longish way to go. If I continue to lose steadily I can reach my goal, hopefully, by January (big maybe) or February (more likely). I’ve started weight training in hopes that I can get better, faster results. It would be nice to be a bit lighter come marathon day.
So, since I started on my weight loss/fitness journey back in April I have lost 16 pounds and 7.25 inches so far. Wheeee! I feel as though it should be a lot more but whatevs. Slowly but surely.
