I had a pretty successful two weeks when it comes to fitness and diet. I managed to hit the gym seven times, complete a half, and hit the trail. Not too shabby. I slacked off towards the beginning of last week due to an annoying foot blister on the pad of my left foot. It’s better so I am going to get back to running this week. Well, mostly walking. I can’t run nearly as long as I used to. It amazes me how quickly you lose your fitness if you don’t train. So it’s back to the drawing board with me.
On other news I’ve decided to grow my hair for the wedding. This will prove to be a pill. I look like a wet poodle when my curls grow out. I guess I’ll have to see how long I can go before chopping it off. If I knew I could wear a bob (successfully) with my birdcage then I would just keep trimming my hair. Hmm… I might need a hair trial early on. If the bob doesn’t work I’ll then grow it out. Sounds like a plan.
